Analysis on Reproductive Capacity of Adenosine A2A Receptor Gene Knockout Mice

Abstract
In order to improve the reproductive capacity of adenosine A2A receptor gene knockout mice and strengthen their breed conservation working, the reproductive capacity of adenosine A2A receptor gene knockout mice was analyzed based on their reproductive record. The results showed that while no significant differences of average litter size were observed in the generations of Fback cros , F1 and F2 (P>0.05), the average litter size of Fback cros , F1 and F2 were all significantly higher than that of F3 (P<0.01). It was indicated that the reproductive capacity of adenosine A2A receptor gene knockout mice decreased with the increase of generations, but their reproductive capacity can be improved by back cross.关键词
