日粮中添加包膜赖氨酸与豆粕日粮中赖氨酸吸收的同步性研究
Absorption Synchronism of Crystalline Lysine Added in Diet and Lysine in Soybean Meal Feed
摘要
Abstract
A total of 20 Wistar rats with body weight of about 250 g were chosen and randomly divided into 2 groups, A and B, based on gender and weight. The group A fed soybean meal feed (routine protein level), and the group B fed diet adding with crystalline lysine (low protein level). The formal experiment lasted for 3 d. On the 4th day morning, the blood samples were collected from the rats in different time points before and after ingestion, and were used to determine the serum free lysine contents. The results showed that the lysine absorption curve of the rats in group A and group B exhibited obvious synchronism, especially within 4 h after ingestion. After 4 h of ingestion, the decrease of serum free lysine contents of rats fed diet adding with crystalline lysine was more rapid. It was indicated that the adding of crystalline lysine in diet could partially substitute for lysine provide by soybean meal, and the amount of soybean meal could be reduced.关键词
