Application and Research Progress of Hemicellulases in Animal Feed
摘要
Abstract
Hemicelluloses which mainly consist of xylan and mannan are key anti-nutritional factors in animal feed and cause decrease of animal growth performance and digestibility. Hemicellulases including xylanase and mannanase are multienzyme systems and can degrade hemicelluloses and eliminate their anti-nutritional effect in animal feed. This paper introduced the origin and application status of hemicellulases in feed industry with emphasis on xylanase and mannanase.关键词
