摘要

Abstract

Approaches of professional and technical training for farmers and herders in Linzhi of Tibet were explored under the premise of respecting local custom and traditional culture. Combined with current production status of this region, new grassland management idea and model were introduced, with focus on grassland establishment and management, forage feed process and store, and degraded pasture control and ecological restoration. The practice base and practical operation teaching base outside school were established in the forefront of agricultural and pastoral production areas, and professional technical personnel were designated for technology demonstration and organizing farmers and herders to visit and learn in the field. Meanwhile, the propaganda and education on ecological civilization construction were carried out by means of sending science and technology knowledge to countryside and organizing art show. The farmers and herders were led to participate in scheme optimization process of eco-production of agriculture planting and animal husbandry breeding. The aim of the training project was to cultivate farmers and herders with high quality and to lay a foundation for effectively promoting the sustainable development of agriculture and animal husbandry in river valleys regions of middle reaches of Yarlung Zangbo River.
