纯种和牛育成牛重复超排FSH制剂及最佳剂量筛选
Screen of Effective FSH and Determination of Its Optimal Dosage for Repeated Superovulation of Purebred Growing Waygu Cattle
摘要
Abstract
In order to screen the FSH prepation with high stability and determine its optimal dosage for repeated superovulation of purebred growing Waygu cattle, the application effect of imported product FOLLTROPIN-V and domestic FSH product was compared. Three doses gradient of FOLLTROPIN-V were set, including 400, 260 and 200 mg, to determine its optimal dosage. The results showed that compared with the cattle treated with domestic FSH product, both of the usable embryo number and average unfertilized egg number of the cattle treated with FOLLTROPIN-V exhibited an increasing trend. Among the FOLLTROPIN-V treated cattle, the most usable embryo number and average unfertilized egg number were observed in 200 mg group (P<0.05). It was indicated that the optimal FSH preparation was FOLLTROPIN-V of 200 mg, which is favorable for effectively increasing the effect of superovulation and reducing the cost.关键词
