西瓜离体雌核发育诱导单倍体及鉴定
Haploid plant and its identification of watermelon using gynogenesis in vitro induction

Abstract
A F1 hybridized combination P1/P2 of watermelon which was used for the experiment to research the isolated unfertilized ovules culture. The flow gytometry and the SSR markers were used to identify the regeneration. Finally we received four embryo, from which 3 were capable to regeneration and received regenerate plants , they named R1,R2,R3. Using DNA relative analysis and SSR marks, the plants from R2 embryo were sure to be haploidy. The regenerate plants from R1 and R3 were diploidy. The experiment show us that the in vitro induction of plants from unpollinated ovules in watermelon is a feasible way to set up a new way for watermelon breeding.关键词
