花叶绿萝组培快繁技术研究
The tissue culturing reproduction of Scindapsus aureus var. wilcoxii

Abstract
With the stem of the Scindapsus aureus var.wilcoxii as explants, and the MS as the minimal medium, this paper tries to discuss the influence of different sterilizing time on the explants. Besides, it explores the influence of different concentration of hormone combination on callus induction and differentiation, the adventitious bud induction and the root. The results show that: the stem which has the bud stem section can produce callus and adventitious bud. The optimal medium for inducing callus is that MS+6-BA(2.0mg/L)+NAA(0.7mg/L)+2,4-D(0.3mg/L).And, the best medium for callus differentiation is that MS+6-BA(2.0mg/L)+IBA(1.0mg/L)+KT(1.0mg/L).Finally, the optimal medium for rooting is that MS+NAA(0.1mg/L).关键词
