The callus reduction and establishment of regeneration system of Anthurium andraeanum

Abstract
In Anthurium varieties "pink champion" of leaves, petioles, pedicels and bracts of explant material, Anthurium callus induction and plant regeneration were studied to establish the Anthurium efficient regeneration system. Explore different explants, different sterilization time for callus induction; different concentrations of hormone combinations buds, rooting of. The results showed that: with 0.1%HgCl, leaves, petioles, pedicels and bracts sterilized optimum sterilization times were 8,12,12,10 min; petiole callus induction is the best explant; buds suitable formulations induced MS + 6-BA0.8 mg / L + NAA0.2 mg / L; rooting most suitable formula for the MS + charcoal 1.0 g / L + NAA0.5 mg / L.关键词
