基于专利申请权稳定性的已申请专利价值度研究
Research on Applied Patent Value Degree Based on the Stability of Patent Application Right

Abstract
The invention at the patent application stage yet has not been approved, also has its own right, but the patent application right is in an unstable state. The prior evaluation index system of the patent value has been mainly aimed at the authorized patent, while the e-valuation of the value of the applied patent has not yet become a system. On the basis of the existing patent evaluation index system, suit-able indexes are selected for the applied patent, the stability of patent application right is chosen as an evaluation coefficient, and the value of single patent application is assessed by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the effectiveness of the conclusion is ver-ified with an example, that is, the established evaluation index system of the applied patent can measure the degree of benefits for owners, and provide an effective basis for the valuation of the applied patent.关键词
