摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology, the microblogging platform applications are more and more widely used in libraries, which enhances the opportunities for dialogue and communication between the public and libraries. Based on dialogue and communication theory, using content analysis method, and via the use of Sina microblogging platform, the paper measures the dialogi-cal communication microblogging behavior of libraries aroud four indicators of information helpfulness, viscosity, creating visits and dia-logue circulation, and compares the pattern differences of dialogical communication microblogging behavior between 30 college libraries and 30 public libraries. Conclusions show that providing information resource is still the most important content in library microblogging;interactive communication and video service are increasingly significant with higher proportion of the microblogging content year after year; the percentage of using social tools-correlated microblogging platform among college libraries is also on the rise due to higher en-gagement and activeness of college students;and, dialogue cycle indicator has a generally low rating in both types of libraries, public and academic. At last, operative strategies for enhancing the microblogging services of libraries are proposed.关键词
