Evaluation on Information Quality of Government Social Media Based on User Cognition---Investigation on Administrative Microblog
摘要
Abstract
The government appling social media has actively become an indisputable fact in the social grid,which social media strongly in-fluences on the behavior of government. Government social media applications should not simply stay on the growth in the number, cover-age and other indicators. However, they should focus on the information quality. Based on the satisfaction from users, application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model could map information quality of government social media, beyond the application description phenome-non, which can put forward the government to adopt social media following policies.关键词
