社会资本视角下的用户社交问答行为研究*--以知乎为例
Investigating Users' Social Q & A Behavior from a Social Capital Perspective:the Case of Zhihu

Abstract
Users' social question-answering behavior may be influenced by several factors. This article aims to understand the relationship between social capital and social Q&A behavior. We applied Lin's Social Capital Theory and Uphoff’ s categorization of different types of social capital to analyze users' social Q&A behavior based on user roles:community member, questioner, and answerer. The data set con-tained 1952 user profiles, 176 questions, and 2133 answers. It is found that:Content-based contributions correlate with cognitive social capital and structural social capital, whereas social contributions correlate with structural social capital;The number of answers a questioner receives have no correlation with his or her social capital status, and the responses ( number of "votes") an answerer receives correlate weakly with the person's social capital;Archived "high-quality" answers are mostly from users with higher social capital. The accumula-tion of both of cognitive and structural self-made social capital is correlated to the amount of content-based and social contributions to the Q&A community. Self-made social capital seems to help the answers to receive more"Votes" slightly, but does not seem to help the users to attract more responses to their questions.关键词
