摘要

Abstract

Terrestrial 3D laser scan technology (TLST) has the ability to collect target′s 3D point cloud data over large areas and auto continuously ,through non‐touching positive measurement approach ,w hich make it possible to construct the visual model of any target object easily .Besides ,TLST can also collect data with high automatization level ,short data collecting cycle ,and high measuring precision with fewer constraint conditions .All these characters we mentioned above provide TLST incomparable advantages in constructing sea island DEM compared with traditional measuring technology .In this paper ,we give a de‐tailed introduction of how TLST collects the sea island point cloud data ;meanwhile we also discuss how to analyze the point cloud data and the key technologies when dealing with the point cloud data .Finally ,together with network RTK technology ,we use TLST to rebuild scaleisland DEM of Bugetuo Island ,and find TLST working well and fitting current measur‐ing requirements .Obviously ,TLST has a vast hopeful application prospect .
