121例直肠癌患者生存质量的影响因素研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the relative factors about the quality of life in patients with rectal cancer. Methods Quality of Life Questionnaire(QLQ - 30),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate 121 cases of patients with rectal cancer. Results A total of 42 patients(34. 71% )with depressive disorder and 38 patients(31. 40% )with anxiety disorder were detected according to ICD - 10. Multivariate regressionanalysis showed that patientsˊ quality of life were influ-enced by gender(P < 0. 05),whether the first contact(P < 0. 05),household income(P < 0. 05),depression(P < 0. 05)and anxiety (P < 0. 05). The factors which influenced the global quality of life(GQL)included:age,household income and whether informed. The factors influenced the physical function(PF)included:nausea and vomiting,fatigue,whether the first contact,the HAMD total score. Role function(RF)was affected by nausea and vomiting,fatigue,pain;cognitive function(CF)was influenced by gender and level of education;mood function(EF)was affectedby HAMA and HAMD total scores,pain,appetite;social function(SF)was in-fluenced by fatigue,gender,household income. Conclusion The quality of life of patients with rectal cancer are influenced by many factors,including mood disorders,such as depression and anxiety,gender,whether the first contact,household income.关键词
