针刺配合PNF技术治疗中枢性面瘫疗效观察
Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture plus PNF for Central Facial Paralysis

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus PNF (proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) in treating central facial paralysis.Method Fifty patients with central facial paralysis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 25 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus PNF, while the control group was by acupuncture plus neural nutrition medicine, both for 4 weeks. The surface electromyogram (SEMG) was detected and MHBN scale was used to evaluate facial nerve function before and after treatment, for estimating the therapeutic efficacies of the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 84.0% in the treatment group versus 68.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SEMG values (amplitude and latent period) were significantly changed after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the SEMG values (amplitude and latent period) in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05). The MHBN scores were significantly changed after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus PNF is effective in treating central facial paralysis and can restore the facial nerve function.关键词
