俞募配穴针刺法治疗原发性痛经疗效观察
Therapeutic Observation of Acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu Points in Treating Primary Dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu points in treating primary dysmenorrhea.Method Totally 150 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a treatment group, control group 1, and control group 2, 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu points, while control group 1 was by ordinary acupuncture and control group 2 was by orally takingNuan Gong Qi Wei powder. The treatments lasted 3 successive menstrual cycles in the three groups without using other pain killers. The symptom scores were observed before and after treatment, and the dysmenorrhea intensity grading and clinical efficacies were compared.Result The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group versus 84.0% in control group 1 and 62.0% in control group 2, and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly different from that of the other two groups (P<0.01). The total effective rate of control group 1 was significantly different from that of control group 2 (P<0.01). After treatment, the dysmenorrhea intensity grading of the treatment group was significantly different from that of both control group 1 and 2 (P<0.01). The dysmenorrhea intensity grading of control group 1 was significantly different from that of control group 2 (P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture at Back-Shu and Front-Mu points is an effective approach in treating primary dysmenorrhea.关键词
