微波配合中药治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效观察

Abstract
Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of microwave on rheumatoid arthritis with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. [Methods] The 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients were randomly assigned for traditional Chinese medicine control group and treat-ment group treated by microwave combined with traditional Chinese medicine. Observation period was half a month, to compare the time of morning stiffness. The number of joint pain, ESR and RF changed before and after treatment and clinical curative effect between two group. [Results] Compared morning stiffness, joint pain, RF, ESR of two groups before and after treatment had significant difference(P﹤0.05);compared morning stiffness, the number of joint pain between two groups after treatment with significant difference (P﹤0.05);compared RF, ESR between two groups after treatment had no significant difference (P﹤0.05). The total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 83.3%, and the total effective rate of microwave combined with Chinese medicine group was 93.3%. The efficacy of microwave combined with Chinese medicine was better than that of traditional Chinese medicine group (P﹤0.05). [Conclusion] The mi-crowave combined with traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical symptoms and the experimental index of rheumatoid arthri-tis, and no adverse reactions are found.关键词
