中国在印度洋上的“安全角色”分析
An Analysis of China’s Security Role in the Indian Ocean
摘要
Abstract
This paper analyzes China’security role in the Indian Ocean,including its role definition,role behavior and the role conflicts it faces in 21th century.China’s current self identity are “security stakehold-er”and “security maintenance’s participant”in the Indian Ocean’s regional security architecture.But the paper also mentions that China’s current new role is still being adjusted with certain ambiguity.China is fa-cing some role conflicts,to some extent.The paper suggests China should build confidence in maintaining its maritime security,and further strengthen its soft military presence in the Indian Ocean and gradually a-dapt its new security role.Meanwhile,China should propose building a “safe and harmonious Indian Ocean”through promoting cooperative security and strengthening maritime diplomacy to ease the present Intra-role conflict it is facing and achieve “a balance of interests”and “a balance of the threat”.关键词
