Abstract
The servo motor is an important part in antenna⁃servo subsystem of measurement and control equipment,and is the pre⁃condition to control antenna running steadily and accurately.Nowadays,few researches on fault diagnosis of antenna servo drive are put forward.A method is put forward to analyze and detect stator asymmetric fault of servo motor in on⁃board measurement and control sys⁃tem.Firstly,the simulation model of permanent magnet DC motor is established.The analysis results show that the stator three⁃phase cur⁃rent signal can be used as fault feature parameter to analyze formal motor and stator asymmetric fault motor with different fault severities qualitatively.The fault features are extracted by using method of signal amplitude demodulation.The stator asymmetric fault features are reflected through relative normalized amplitude and phase difference of three⁃phase current of demodulation signal.Finally,the method effectiveness is verified by fault simulation.关键词
