摘要
Abstract
This paper made an investigation and research on resolution of the hospital medical disputes, and inquired about related literatures, on the basis of which a set of medical dispute management information system was developed in combination with computer network and software technologies. With the integration of the system with multiple hospital information system for data interaction, it simpliifed the procedure for hospital medical dispute resolutions and effectively promoted the efifciency of management work, which had wide development prospects.关键词
