Abstract
Medical consumables purchase is not only the foundation of medical business, but also an important component of hospital economic management. This paper analyzes the relationship between purchasing and demand of medical consumables, so as to realize the scientiifc classiifcation of medical consumables procurement. And then this paper proposes a proactive procurement strategy, which can provide reference for choosing the appropriate procurement method.关键词
