Abstract

The hyperbranched polymers containing triazine with water repel ency were synthesized using cyanuric chloride as core, diamine as linkage unit and palmityls as the periphery modifying group. And the structure of the hyperbranched polymer was determined by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. The application of the hy⁃perbranched polymers in water repel ency finishing of textile was studied. The results showed that the hydro⁃philic group MPEG modified hyperbranched polymers showing good water repel ency performance (grade 4) on cotton fabric.
