Abstract
The formaldehyde-free discharging agent ZS-CH was used in the test of pigment discharge printing. The influences of thickener, binder and their compound system on the effect of pigment discharge printing were investigated. The results showed that the self developed pigment printing paste ZSL-8050 had stable performance and good adaptability. The flexural length of the printed fabric (silk) was less than 2.8 cm with soft handle. It was suitable for pigment discharge printing with discharging agent ZS-CH, and the rubbing fastness was equal or greater than grade 3, the washing fastness and water fastness, and the discharging re⁃sistances of printed fabric were al equal or greater than grade 4. It had good adaptability to most kinds of dis⁃charging resistant pigments.关键词
