Preparation, characterization and photocatalytic activity of K8[Zn(H2O)W11CoO39]/PANI doped materials

Abstract
Heteropoly acid salt K8[Zn(H2O)W11CoO39] with Keggin structure was synthesized by the direct method. Heteropoly acid doped polyaniline material K8[Zn(H2O)W11CoO39]/PANI was synthesized by chemical oxi⁃dation method. Its composition and structure was characterized by UV-Vis, IR, XRD and SEM-EDS. In addi⁃tion, under 100 min of UV light irradiation, photocatalytic degradation reaction of malachite green solution was studied using the synthesized materials as catalyst. The experimental results showed that as the initial concen⁃tration of the malachite green solution 5 mg/L, catalyst dosage 0.08 g, the solution pH=2, the catalytic decolor⁃izing efficiency was the highest. When taking K8[Zn(H2O)W11CoO39]/PANI as the catalyst, malachite green solu⁃tion decolorizing efficiency was 85.30%; when the catalyst was K8[Zn(H2O)W11CoO39], the decolorizing efficien⁃cy was 48.73%; the degradation decolorizing efficiency of malachite green solution without catalyst was 22.97%. Polyaniline doped with heteropoly acid salt had very good photocatalytic activity.关键词
