Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of conservative treatment combined with debridement via thoracoscope in spontaneous rupture of esophagus. Methods 44 patients with spontaneous rupture of esophagus un-derwent conservative treatment combined with debridement via thoracoscope were analyzed during Jun. 2008 to May 2015. Death and cure situation as well as hospital stays were used to evaluate clinical effects. Results 43 patients were cured with hospital stays(113 ﹢ 13)days. 1 case died of serious pyothorax and pulmonary atelectasis 10 days after operation. Conclusion Patients who could not undergo early surgical treatment can be given conservative treatment combined with debridement via thoracoscope in spontaneous rupture of esophagus.关键词
