Abstract
Objective To analyze the related influence factors of anus preserving operation in low rectal carcino-ma in order to provide new methods for treatment plan. Methods 165 patients with low rectal carcinoma who received anus preserving operation from Jan. 2012 to May 2014 were chosen. Patients were divided into observation group(pre-serving ani sphincter,96 cases)and control group(abdominoperineal resection,69 cases). Single - factor analysis and multiple - factor analysis were used to analyze the correlation between clinical pathological features and preserving anus. Results There was a certain correlation between gender,distance between anal verge and tumor,differentia-tion,depth of invasion,invasion circumference,BMI and anus preserving operation in low rectal carcinoma( P ﹤ 0. 05). There was no relation between age and anus preserving operation(P ﹥ 0. 05). Depth of invasion as well as dis-tance between anal verge and tumor were two independent influence factors(P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion Gender,dis-tance between anal verge and tumor,differentiation,depth of invasion,invasion circumference are related influence fac-tors for anus preserving operation in low rectal carcinoma. Depth of invasion as well as distance between anal verge and tumor are two independent influence factors,which contribute to the formulation of a reasonable treatment plan.关键词
