Abstract
Objective To analyze the features of precipitating factors of hepatic encephalopathy in alcoholic cirrhosis.Methods 24 patients with hepatic encephalopathy in alcoholic cirrho-sis were selected from October 2010 to October 2015.The clinical data of precipitating factors were analyzed,compared with those of 77 patients with hepatic encephalopathy in non-alcoholic cirrhosis.Results The common precipitating factors of hepatic encephalopathy in alcoholic cirrhosis consist of infection(58.3%),gastrointestinal bleeding(33.3%),electrolyte disorders(29. 2%),high-protein diet(25.0%),iatrogenic factors(16.7%),renal dysfunction(16.7%)and constipation(12.5%).The incidence of infection is significantly higher than that of hepatic encephalopathy in non-alcoholic cirrhosis(P<0.05).Conclusion There are many precipitating factors of hepatic encephalopathy in alcoholic cirrhosis.And the high infection rate is worth at-tention among them.关键词
