摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate changes of plasma fibrinogen,D-D,NT-proBNP levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction and their impact on prognosis.Methods 100 pa-tients with cerebral infarction cerebral and time of onset <72h as a cerebral infarction group,and another 79 healthy subjects at the same period were selected as a control group,measured plasma fibrinogen,D-D,NT-proBNP levels in both groups.In the cerebral infarction group,after 7 days,14 days treatment,plasma fibrinogen,DD,NT-proBNP concentration was measured again.The ef ects of fibrinogen,D-D,NT-proBNP levels on the severity of cerebral infarction were analyzed.Results 1.The fibrinogen,D -D,NT -proBNP levels in cerebral infarction group higher than that in the control group.2.In cerebral infarction group:the day of admission,after 7 days,14 days treatment he,fibrinogen,D -D,NT -proBNP levels decreased,pairwise comparisons were dif erent.3.The levels of plasma fibrinogen,D-D,NT-proBNP were associated with infarct volume.Conclusion Plasma fibrinogen,D -D,NT-proBNP levels were signifi-cantly elevated in acute cerebral infarction,as the disease improves gradual y reduced.The levels of plasma fibrinogen,D-D,NT-proBNP were associated with infarct volume.关键词
