Abstract
Objective Compare dif erence before and after the vocal cord polyp operation and normal control group by computer voice acoustic analysis.Methods 1.The German XION voice analysis software detected Jit er,Shimmer,SPLmin,F0max,F0,MPT and DSI with 37 cases of vocal cord polyp patients,who were preoperative diagnosed and 30 cases of normal control group.2.Independent-Samples T Test compared before and after the vocal cord polyp operation and normal control group.Results 1.The values of SPLmin,Jit er,Shimmerwere higher than normal control group.The values of F0,F0max,MPT,DSI were lower than normal control group;The values of SPLmin,Jit er 、Shimmer that before the vocal cord polyp operation were higher than postoperative,The values of F0、F0max、MPT、DSI that before the vocal cord polyp operation were lower than postoperative;2.Jit er,F0max,F0,MPT and DSI values of the group that be-fore the vocal cord polyp operation had statistical significance than normal control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Computer voice acoustic analysis can quantitative assessment about vocal cords polyp postoperative outcome.关键词
