Abstract
Objective to analyze clinical situation of elderly diabetes complications,so as to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 62 cases of elderly patients with diabetes complications as the research object,its clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized analysis in case of complications.Results 62 cases of senile patients with dia-betes in 10 cases of a kind of disease,the combining two kinds of diseases of 30 cases,a merger of three or more disease,22 cases;Most complications of hypertension,fol owed by peripheral neuropathy,diabetes,kidney disease,cerebral infarction,final y for diabetic retinopathy,cerebral hemorrhage and diabetic foot,etc.Conclusion elderly patients with diabetes is type 2 diabetes, more and more complications to high blood pressure,peripheral neuropathy and diabetic nephropathy,and consolidate a variety of disease is more,this needs to strengthen diabetes related knowledge of health education,the crowd disease prevention awareness and ability,thus reducing diabetes complications,improve the quality of old people live.关键词
