Abstract
Objective to analyze the adverse drug reaction and rational use of drug in clinical use of gentamicin.Methods the pharmacokinetics of gentamicin was briefly analyzed,and the adverse reactions and the precautions for drug use in the treatment of gentamicin.Results gentamicin can on the eighth of the brain,kidney damage,also can appear al ergic reaction and muscle relaxing ef ects;gentamicin on Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacil us,Klebsiel a pneumoniae have tolerance.Conclusion in order to ensure the rational use of drugs,we must understand the ef ect and adverse reaction of gentamicin.关键词
