Abstract
In order to investigate the epidemiology of the avian infectious bronchitis(IB)strains in China,the infected samples of sick/dead chickens in suspected IB farms were collected from various provinces in the east,north and central area of China from 2012 to 2014. By virus isolation test,69 IB isolates were identified. The S1 gene of all isolates were sequenced and conducted by the phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that there were six genotypes:QX genotype (54 isolates,78.26%),Mass genotype(6 isolates,8.7%),4/91 genotype(3 isolates,4.35%),TW-I genotype(2 isolates, 2.90%),t1/CH/LDT3/03 genotype(2 isolates,2.90%)and CK/CH/LSC/99I genotype(2 isolates,2.90%).All S1 gene se-quences of IB isolates in China from GenBank from 2012 to 2014 were downloaded,and the phylogenetic tree was built up. The results of this study proved that IBV QX genotype was predominant in China.关键词
