Abstract
The relevant provisions of theAnimal epidemic prevention law combined with the four types of administrative penalty in animal health supervision and law enforcement,such as warnings, fines, confiscation of illegal income(confiscation of illegal property),order to suspend or stop treatment service activities were analyzed from the respects of the concepts,basis,problems needed to be concerned,the paper aimed at regulating the behavior of animal health supervision and law enforcement and improving the quality of working staffs.关键词
