Abstract
In the field of administrative law in China,regulations about the joint illegal administration are not clear.In this article,the main concerns of the joint illegal administration such as concept,condition of establishment,non essential elements,exclusion,the principle of punishment were discussed,so as to provide reference to Chinese animal health legal system.关键词
