Abstract
In a joint law enforcement by Changtai animal health supervision institute and public security organization, three cases on illegal operations and transportation of dead pigs were investigated in Zhangzhou. Through the analysis and discussion on the law application and the investigation methods of such cases,collecting dead pigs for breeding Clarias lazera should be identified as management of dead pig,should be investigated and punished based onFood Safety Law,Animal Epidemic Prevention Law andRegulations for the Management of Feed and Feed Additives.关键词
