Abstract
At the moment of revising theAdministrative Methods on Animal Quarantine,the practical problems met in quarantine and approval of trans-provincial movement of breeding and dairy animals were listed,such as unreasonable approval procedure,unsound technical support systems, and unclear approval conditions. Combined with work practices,some suggestions and countermeasures on clearly defining the breeding and dairy animals, establishing health standards of breeding livestock and poultry,revising the relavant clauses on the trans-provincial movement of animal clauses,and reorganizing the approval list were proposed to provide reference for the revision of Animal Quarantine Management Approach.关键词
