Abstract
The problems in implementation ofAnimal Quarantine Administrative Regulations were analyzed combined with the practice,and the related suggestions were put forward to improve the personnel management system design, implement the legal liability of the consigners and consignees,regulate approval for animal introduction,formulate the quarantine regulations for poultry and eggs, clarify the quarantine authority for origin quarantine in aquatic fingerlings fields,increase legal subjects for the supervision of animal identification and punishment .关键词
