减变速一体化滚动活齿机构的设计理论
Design Theory of Motion Integration Mechanism with Roller Movable Tooth
摘要
Abstract
A concept of motion integration was presented to improve the efficiency and to reduce the space of series mechanisms .Combining with movable tooth gear and noncircular gear theory ,the motion integration mechanism with roller movable tooth was proposed .Firstly ,a eccentric circle was selected as the wave generator .A tooth profile model of the inner ring was built under any transmis-sion ratio ,with continuous transmission conditions discussed .Then a mathematical relationship in the maximal number of movable teeth ,the number of period of transmission ratio and the number of in-ner ring teeth were studied .When the number of movable teeth was less than two ,a parallel movable tooth gear was constructed to realize any speed ratio .Finally ,the design process of a motion integra-tion mechanism with roller movable tooth was given to achieve the transmission ratio of series noncir-cular gear system ,w hich laid the foundation for applying the new gear ,and guided the research of oth-er movable tooth gears .关键词
