Abstract
Objectives To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection and Danhong Injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease ( CHD) .Methods A total of 128 patients with angina pectoris of CHD admitted in our hospital from March 2010 to March 2014 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B, 64 cases in each group.Both groupswere treated with routine therapies, on which basis group A was added with Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection while group B with Danhong Injection, 10 days as a cycle.Electrocardiographic analysis, angina pectoris frequency, plasma D-di-mer and fibrinogen contents were recorded before and after drug administration within 10 days and adverse responses during treatment were observed in both groups.Results Both Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection and Danhong Injection had certain alleviating effect on angina pectoris of CHD, and Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection was markedly better than Danhong Injection in relieving symptoms ( P<0.05), but there was no significant difference between two groups in ischemic recovery (P>0.05).Both groups could reduce blood fibrinogen content to some extent, and group A was prominently better than group B (P<0.05), but there was no significant differ-ence in reducing blood D-dimer content ( P>0.05 ) .No adverse response was observed in both groups.Conclusions Dazhu Hongjingtian Injection is superior to Danhong Injection in comprehensive clinical efficacy.关键词
