Abstract
Objectives To investigate the the clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification ( CBP) for the patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with severe heart failure.Methods 72 patients with acute myocardial infarction and severeheart failure received CBP treatment, mean arterial pressure( MAP) , heart rate ( HR) , respiratory rate ( RR) , urine volume, left ven-tricular end-diastolic diameter ( LDV) , left ventricular ejection fraction ( EF) , APCHE-II scores and dosages of vasoactive drugs be-fore and after CBP were observed and statistically analyzed.Results In the 72 patients, 52 survived and 20 died, the curative effi-ciency was72.2%.After receiving CBP therapy, APACHE-II score significantly lower (P<0.05,P<0.01), MAP and urine vol-ume were improved, HR, RR and dosage of vasoactive drugs were reduced, LDV were shortening, EF were increasing.Conclu-sions The therapeutic effect of continuous blood purification on acute myocardial infarction with severe heart failure is significant.关键词
