非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植术患者应用自体血回输对围术期游离血红蛋白的影响
Effect of autologous blood cell salvage on free hemoglobin level of patients un-dergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting

Abstract
Objective To determine the effect of cell salvage on free hemoglobin( FHb) level of patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting. Methods Thirty-six patients who were scheduled for off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting surgery were prospectively randomized to autologous transfusion (n=18; receiving autologous washed blood transfusion) or placebo(n=18). Blood free hemoglobin level and other perioperative clinical data were collected. Results Cell saver significantly lowered FHb level of blood collected fromsurgical field compared with simple filtration. After transfusion, FHb increased significantlyin autologous transfusion group compared with control group and decreased to the normal level at day-3 after operation. Furthermore, no difference in liver and renal function was found between the two groups. Conclusion Cell saver decreased FHb effectively. After autologous blood transfu⁃sion, blood FHb could increase and restore normal level in the early postoperative stage.关键词
