Abstract
Objective To discuss the economic theory on incremental analysis and provide reference for method chooses in pharmacoeconomics evaluation.Methods Theoretical derivation with the core concepts and principles of economics theory.Results and Conclusion It’s incremental analysis rather than the ratio of cost-outputs reflects the economic theory that rational people always pursuit profit maximization.In nature,the incremental analysis of cost- effectiveness and cost - utility is same with the net income analysis of cost-benefit,while the only difference between them is the sequence of monetization process in pharmacoeconomics evaluation.The essence of the externality determine standard is the monetary value of a project output,which represents the price of health.关键词
