Abstract
Objective To investigate the 2014 hospital outpatient prescriptions, understand rational drug use. Methods Random checks of Shenyang Medical Second Affiliated Hospital outpatient prescriptions in 2014 1200, review its analysis.Results A random sample of 1200 outpatient prescriptions,the average number of species per prescription medication,antibiotic use percentage,an injection percentage,the percentage of national essential drug prescription medication,generic drugs accounted for the percentage of prescriptions are in line with the indicator; the average a higher amount per prescription;rational prescribing percentage greater than 95% do not meet na- tional requirements.The total number of prescriptions for 95 unreasonable,irrational prescription rate of 7.9%. Dosage where inappropriate and clinical diagnostic writing unreasonable failure is the most common type of prescription.Conclusion Prescription good reviews,strengthen quality prescription can improve the level of rational drug outpatient.关键词
