米非司酮治疗妇产科疾病的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone in the treatment of gynecological diseases. Methods From August 2014 to August 2013,106 cases of Obstetrics and gynecology in Eryuan County,Dali County as the research object,were treated by mifepristone,and the clinical efficacy of mifepristone in treatment of different obstetrics and gynecology diseases were summarized.Results The effective rate of treatment of 90.9%(10/11) for treatment of endometriosis is 91.9%(34/37),The effective rate of treatment of uterine fibroids is 92.3%(19/21),The effective rate of treatment for emergency contraception is 88.9%(16/18),and 83.3%(5/6).Conclusion Mifepristone has a positive effect on the treatment of gynecological diseases,and the adverse reaction rate is low, and it is an ideal drug for treating gynecological diseases.关键词
