Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of olanzapine in the treatment of patients with psychosis. Methods From December 2013 to December 2014,80 patients with psychotic disorders in Shenyang,Liaoning,were selected as the research object,according to the order of admission,the study group and the control group,40 cases. The control group were given routine treatment,patients in the study group in the control group on the basis of oral olanzapine,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of olanzapine for the treatment of psychotic disorder clinical treatment effect is obvious,and it can improve psychiatric symptoms and promote their speedy recovery.关键词
