摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of benign breast tumor patients to take areola incision by surgical resection.Methods March 2013 to February 2015 Anshan Cancer Hospital of 64 cases of benign breast tumor patients for the study,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.In the control group were treated with traditional incision tumor resection,patient selection after the observation group areola incision treatment,two groups were compared operative time,blood loss,postoperative complications,surgical satisfaction and breast aesthetics and so on.Results There were operative time,blood loss and postoperative complication rates,the difference was not statisticaly significant(P>0.05);compared with the control group,breast aesthetics and surgical patients in the observation group satisfaction score were significantly improved,the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If the patients with breast benign tumor are made resection through the incision on the edge of the mammary areola,the general surgery effect is more ideal, security, more conducive to ensure the beauty of breast.关键词
