The Clinical Effect of BiPAP Combined with Respiratory Stimulant Treatment of COPD with Respiratory Failure in Patients withⅡ Type Respiratory Failure

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of BiPAP combined with respiratory stimulant treatment of COPDwith respiratory failure in patients withⅡ type respiratory failure.Methods Choose from April 2014 to April 2015, Fuxin Central Hospital treated 88 cases of COPD patients with typeⅡ respiratory failure patients as research subjects, double-blind randomly divided into observation group and control group,44 cases.In the control group patients respiratory stimulant treatment,the observation group were treated with noninvasive clinical efficacy BiPAP ventilator treatment,two groups were compared on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of the obser- vation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion BiPAP noninvasive ventilator combined with respiratory stimulant treatment of COPD combined with respiratory failure in patients withⅡ clinical eficacy significantly,can efectively improve the patient's respiratory function.关键词
