Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of different anesthesia methods on the elderly patients with non cardiac surgery. Methods From August 2013 to August 2014,200 patients with non cardiac surgery were treated by non cardiac surgery in the second people's Hospital of Huadu District of Guangzhou city. The A group and B group were treated by random number table method,100 cases in each group.Patients in group A underwent general anesthesia, and group B received combined spinal epidural anesthesia, compared with two groups of patients with life indicators, visual analogue scale(VAS) score,Mini Mental State Assessment Scale(MMSE)score and postoperative cognitive dysfunction. Results When the group B patients were 12,24,36 h VAS scores were significantly higher in group A;12,24,36 h after operation in group B patients with MMSE scores were significantly higher than the A group, the differences were statisticaly significant(P<0.05);after 7 d,cognitive dysfunction occurred in group B was 22.0%(22/100),significantly lower than the 48.0% A group(48/100),the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion General anesthesia has good analgesic effect, can help the operation smoothly, and the use of spinal epidural anesthesia in patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction.关键词
