Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of emergency green channel in the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage.Methods Select the July 2011 to July 2014 in Yunnan Province Lincang City People's hospital emergency department for treatment of 94 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding patients as the research object,according to the hospital rescue time sequence randomly divided into control group and observation group,47 cases in each.The control group were treated by routine method,the observation group were treated with emergency green channel,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The average blood transfusion volume in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the bleeding time, hospitalization time were significantly shorter than the control group,the hospitalization expenses were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05),the total efective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the mortality rate,operation rate and recurrence rate were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of upper digestive tract hemorrhage,the clinical effect of emergency green channel is obvious,which can shorten the time of bleeding and the time of treatment,reduce the operation rate and mortality,reduce the occurrence of recurrent bleeding,and reduce the economic burden of patients.关键词
