导管法咽鼓管吹张联合鼓膜按摩治疗分泌性中耳炎患者的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Eustachian tube insufflation using catheterization method combined with auditory massage in treatment of secretory otitis media.Methods 65 patients with secretory otitis media patients as research subjects were randomly assigned into two groups,a control group of 30 patients were given the treatment eustachian observed group of 35 patients underwent catheterization joint eardrum eustachian massage therapy.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate was 91.4% in the observation group and 73.3% in the control group,with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,the audible threshold of patients in the two groups was obviously decreased after treatment,and the audible threshold in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion Eustachian tube insuffl- ation using catheterization method combined with auditory massage is an accurate treatment of secretory otitis media, with high success rate and less adverse reaction,it cannot damage the anatomical structure of tympanic membrane or induce obvious discomfort.关键词
